When I was a new business owner, I was constantly scared to do the wrong thing. But I quickly learned to leverage what I knew to be true as a clinical therapist—Trust the Relationship and This Too Shall Pass.
Since then, I’ve brought these lessons into my coaching practice to support my clients in crushing negative patterns, tapping into joy in their businesses, and making reliable progress toward their greatest vision of success.
Most entrepreneurs run their businesses at the mercy of their emotions. (Even if they don’t realize they’re doing it!) Setting boundaries, asking for support, or choosing yourself can bring up a lot of fear, anxiety, and uncertainty.
It’s natural and normal to feel these feelings.
But when left unchecked, we can let these emotions make our business decisions for us.
With a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling and experience as a psychotherapist, I’m not afraid of your feelings—no matter how big they are.
So when those big emotions do come up (and we know they always do), I’ll invite you to sit with the feeling, get curious about it, and choose how you want to show up from a place of clarity and intention.
